We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 6 to 10 years of experience in MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity MuleSoft Integration and MuleSoft Application Network. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to drive integration projects. Experience in Cards & Payments or Investment Banking Operations is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.

• Lead the design and implementation of MuleSoft integration solutions to meet business requirements.
• Oversee the development and deployment of MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity projects.
• Provide technical expertise in MuleSoft Application Network to ensure seamless integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Ensure the scalability and reliability of MuleSoft integrations.
• Monitor and troubleshoot MuleSoft applications to maintain optimal performance.
• Develop and enforce best practices for MuleSoft development and integration.
• Mentor and guide junior developers in MuleSoft technologies.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for MuleSoft projects.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
• Stay updated with the latest MuleSoft features and industry trends.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration processes and methodologies.

• Must have strong experience in MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity MuleSoft Integration and MuleSoft Application Network.
• Should have a minimum of 6 years and a maximum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Nice to have domain experience in Cards & Payments or Investment Banking Operations.
• Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Should have strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid work model with day shifts.

MuleSoft Certified Developer or MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect preferred.

The annual salary for this position is between $60,000 - $120,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
