We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SFDC Identity and Security SFDC Development and Customization Salesforce Experience Cloud SFDC Sharing and Visibility Salesforce DevOps SFDC Data SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration. Experience in Investment Banking Operations and Cards & Payments is a plus. This is a hybrid role with a day shift and no travel r

• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
• Oversee the development and customization of Salesforce applications to ensure they align with company standards.
• Provide expertise in SFDC Identity and Security to safeguard data and ensure compliance.
• Manage the integration of Salesforce with other systems to ensure seamless data flow.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce Experience Cloud to enhance user engagement.
• Implement SFDC Sharing and Visibility rules to control data access and ensure security.
• Utilize Salesforce DevOps practices to streamline development and deployment processes.
• Oversee SFDC Data management to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain SFDC Lightning components to enhance user interface and experience.
• Configure Salesforce to meet business needs and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.
• Ensure all solutions are scalable and maintainable.

• Must be proficient in Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Must have expertise in SFDC Sharing and Visibility.

• Must be skilled in SFDC Lightning development.
• Must have experience with SFDC Integration.
• Must be proficient in SFDC Configuration.
• Nice to have experience in Investment Banking Operations.
• Nice to have experience in Cards & Payments.
• Must have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Must have strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect

The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 - $150,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
