The Main Responsibilities

*Develop, execute, and monitor change management plans through a systematic process that includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to ensure successful adoption of changes.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement change management strategies, change roadmap, execution plans, and establish KPIs that align with organizational goals and facilitate transformation within the CRO's organization.
*Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of AGT and across Lumen to understand their needs and ensure buy-in for change initiatives.
*Create and customize change management frameworks, tools, and processes to guide project teams through transitions effectively. Establish, grow and engage a community of change management champions across our commercial organization.
*Create and deliver training programs, workshops, and resources to equip teams with the skills and knowledge needed to adapt to changes.
*Design and execute communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process.
*Consult and coach project teams across AGT, by applying your experience for resolving problems that arise around stakeholder and organizational risks and issues.
*Conduct assessments to evaluate the impact of changes on business operations and employee performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
*Track progress against change initiatives, providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders, and adjusting strategies as needed based on feedback and results.

What We Look For in a Candidate

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
* 10+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or project management, preferably in a tech or high-growth environment.
* Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, Six Sigma, or similar) is highly desirable.
* Proven track record of leading change initiatives that drive business transformation.
* Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Process).
