Description Our client in Nashville is looking for a strong PM who has a experience in healthcare (EHR systems) and familiar with upgrading medical systems and executing RFP's. Below are 2 projects they would work on. A)EHR (Electronic Health Records) RFP. We use a medical system (Allscripts) as our EHR system for the detainees and we are looking to migrate off it. A full RFP will need to get done so we can determine the best solution in moving forward B)Tablet and Signature Pad Implementation - This is the implementation of a health services application of patient request for health services; improved quality of care and care outcomes. This will be ~8-10 tablets per facility (~29 facilities using Allscripts) for a total of ~260 tablets total. C)May also assist with our Allscripts (EHR) upgraded as well, if needed. Skills Project management, PMP, Implementation, Agile, Stakeholder Management, MS Project, Project Plan, PMP Certification, Resource Planning Additional Skills & Qualifications * Demonstrated experience leading medium to large projects that are moderately complex in nature. * Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills (written & verbal). * Demonstrated facilitation between business units and technology groups. * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. * Strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities. * Impactful interpersonal skills and the ability to work and act with little to no supervision. * Flexible and able to change quickly to the needs of the day to day requirements. * Must possess a customer service attitude. * Familiarity with, and a working knowledge of, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Suite, and/or other Project Management applications * Familiarity of Agile and Waterfall methodology concepts Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr.
