As the Executive Chef for Bardot Brasserie, you will oversee all kitchen operations, providing leadership to the culinary team, including an Executive Sous Chef and Assistant Chefs. Also, you will be responsible for meeting operational and financial goals, managing inventory and cost controls, scheduling, and ensuring compliance.
