Summary of Position We are seeking a Part-Time Quality Team Coordinator to join our Digital Team in our mission to deliver high value training free of defects to students worldwide. This is role is responsible for managing the daily administrative tasks for the Digital Quality Team personnel and resources. This position will work closely with the Quality Assurance Senior Manager, Quality Analysts, and Quality Control Testers to ensure OnDemand and Workforce Security and Risk Training products are delivered on time and meet defined quality standards. Key Responsibilities * Track and update daily production task dashboards * Ensure all work on the schedule have a Quality Tester assigned to avoid disruptions * Monitor all tester assignment responses and immediately reassign when someone is unavailable * Monitor all tester assignment completions and alert management to any missing assignments * Review incoming assignment completions and look for action items to communicate to management clearly through defined channels * Organize and maintain a Quality Tester Knowledge base with frequently asked questions and key information that gets reviewed for updates each quarter * Attend weekly production meetings for OnDemand and Workforce Security and Risk Training * Track Quality Control Tester applicants and maintain waiting list for new hires * Maintain the Quality Tester contact and assignment information database * Maintain the Internal Tester Documentation Smartsheet repository where course testing protocols and policies and procedures are stored for the team * Assist with workflow mapping and process documentation for Quality team * Respond to Quality Control Tester questions during testing assignments and escalate to management when needed * Assist with defect testing, triage, and verification as needed * Other duties as assigned Basic Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience * Strong attention to detail * Ability to work efficiently on multiple projects simultaneously * Intermediate skill level with Office software and collaborative project management tools such as Slack Preferred Qualifications * Minimum 2 years working in a Quality or Information Security related field Reporting Relationships This position reports to the Quality Assurance Supervisor. This position has no direct reports. Work Environment This is a remote role where occasional travel may be required. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and years of experience. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
