As part of a hardworking team of diverse specialists, technicians, and engineers, you will dive into a role that demands precision, curiosity, and a proactive attitude. Embrace the challenge of counting, inspecting, and solving inventory problems with a high degree of accuracy. Your role will be pivotal in receiving stock, fulfilling part demand from kanban's and work orders, and maintaining an outstanding part inventory. Issue parts, transact in our ERP system, and meticulously label and identify kitted parts to ensure flawless operations.

Verify packing lists, review supplier paperwork, and queue items for Incoming Inspection, applying your proficient computer skills and basic Excel knowledge. Assist with Shipping and Receiving, bringing your positive attitude and effective communication skills to the forefront. Stock production and shipping consumables, perform cycle counts, and collaborate with the Inventory Control Manager to resolve any inventory discrepancies. Champion material presentation, kanban management, and the 5S methodology in our stockrooms and inventory areas. If needed, handle ESD materials with care, ensuring the protection of sensitive components. Your role will be ever-evolving, with opportunities to tackle new challenges and support the Inventory Control team in innovative ways.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage accurate part inventory through receiving, issuing, and ERP transactions.

  • Verify and process supplier paperwork for Incoming Inspection.

  • Assist with Shipping and Receiving, and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts.

  • Ensure organized stockrooms through material presentation and 5S methodology.

  • Handle ESD materials if required and support additional Inventory Control tasks.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years in Materials Management or Inventory control

  • Experience with ERP system and transactional processes preferred.

  • Inventory Management experience (i.e., inventory transactions, cycle counting, & material handling).

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required.

  • Must have basic math skills.

  • Proficient computer skills required.

  • High degree of accuracy and attention to details.

  • Positive attitude.

  • Effective communications skills.

  • Basic Excel knowledge.

  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

  • Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with materials requiring trace history and maintenance.

  • Handling of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) materials.

Compensation Range for:

CO applicants is $22.62-$31.67
