Position Title: Production
Wage: $17/hour Shift: Rotating, Day or Night Hours: 7am-7pm, 7pm-7am QPS Employment Group is looking for a Production Operator to work for a manufacturing facility in Germantown, WI that produces plastic components for the healthcare industry. This is an associate to hire role. Production Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Ensure the automation cell continues running by answering alarms, loading springs or plastic components, and verifying inventory is available and pulled - Load materials into hoppers and manage inventory using RF scanners - Conduct visual inspections of incoming parts - Monitor automation cell performance, troubleshoot issues, and communicate effectively with team members - Maintain cleanliness in the work area and follow cleanroom requirements Production Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous manufacturing and RF scanner experience a plus - Adequate computer and math skills - Experience with automation machines/equipment is a plus - Mechanical aptitude - Ability to identify problems - Must be able to multi-task - Must be able to visually inspect product and identify defects as defined by the work instructions - Must be detail-oriented to be able to accurately verify part numbers - Ability to use powered pallet jacks - Must have a positive attitude that promotes the culture - Fully aligned with Core Values: Teamwork, Passion, Integrity, Safety - Willing and able to stand and move throughout the shift - Ability to lift up to 50lbs - Frequent reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting, and the use of wrist and hands - Work in a cleanroom environment and wear appropriate PPE as required per ISO standards QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
