Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or business-related field preferred
- Two to three years of human resource experience preferred
- Strong working knowledge of clinician sourcing practices
- General knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
- Ability to multi-task and meet established guidelines
- Demonstrated computer skills, including Word, Excel, and HRIS system
- Excellent customer service interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all organizational levels, orally and in writing
Job Responsibilities:
- Assists with posting new positions, screening applications, and new employee orientation.
- Serves as the initial point of contact for Advanced Practice Clinician candidates.
- Schedules and conducts interviews.
- Requests and tracks professional references.
- Makes arrangement of hotel accommodations, dinners, and welcome gift.
- Helps coordinate the activities of the Clinician Recruitment Committee.
- Supports OMC's onboarding initiatives.
- Facilitates the candidate selection process and coordinates offers of employment for Advanced Practice Clinicians.
- Assists in the relocation of new employees as may be required.
- Coordinates the execution of clinician employment documents (sign-on bonuses, relocation, and resignation notice).
- Provides back up to employment coordinator and clinician recruiter.
- Assists with phone/office coverage as needed.
- Assists with new clinician announcements through all staff emails.
- Assists with NP/PA Students.
- Other duties as assigned.
