Description and Requirements

Lenovo North America Marketing is seeking a skilled B2B Marketing Campaign Manager to join our dynamic Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) marketing team, supporting our fast-growing Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment in Morrisville, North Carolina. This role requires a high-energy marketer with expertise in integrated campaign execution, demand generation, and sales pipeline development. The successful candidate will lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion for Lenovo's end-to-end infrastructure solutions-including servers, storage, and services. Responsibilities include campaign strategy, cross-functional collaboration, performance tracking, and alignment with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth in the SMB segment.
    • Collaborate with product marketing, sales, digital teams, and agencies to bring compelling campaigns to life-from brief through execution.
    • Translate solution messaging into customer-focused tactics that align with SMB buying behaviors and sales priorities.
    • Develop and manage campaign briefs, define audience targets, set goals, and execute strategies across digital, email, social, and events.
    • Manage the end-to-end marketing governance process, including obtaining statements of work, opening purchase orders with vendors, approving invoices based on proof of work completed or goods received, and securing proof of execution to enable reimbursement from alliance partners.
    • Support the broader team in tracking the status and disposition of marketing purchase orders, ensuring budget accuracy, proper documentation, and compliance with internal processes.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance; deliver actionable insights to improve ROI.
    • Adapt global and regional campaigns for the North American SMB market.
    • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs); work with the marketing operations team to measure, analyze, and report campaign results.
    • Ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance with internal processes and funding requirements.
    • Contribute to cross-business initiatives that elevate the Lenovo master brand, building awareness, consideration, and preference across the full Lenovo portfolio.

Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • 3+ years of B2B marketing campaign experience, ideally with a hardware or IT solutions provider.
    • Strong understanding of SMB customer needs and buying behaviors.
    • Proven experience in demand generation, content development, and campaign execution aligned to the buyer's journey.

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Excellent project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and provide clear, actionable insights.
    • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
