We are currently looking for a DOT Safety Manager to join our dedicated team and help uphold our commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

Salary: $72,000/yr.

Schedule: 1st shift

Key Responsibilities:



  • Conduct driver orientations and ensure safety protocols are followed.
  • Investigate accidents and report findings to the insurance company.
  • Manage equipment incident reporting and investigations.
  • Ensure compliance with DOT regulations for all drivers.
  • Address and resolve daily issues with drivers to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Provide guidance on Federal DOT, FMCSA, and OSHA regulations.
  • Train drivers on Hours of Service regulations and Electronic Logs (E-Logs).




What We're Looking For:



  • Must have Safety Management Experience.
  • At least 2 years of verifiable experience in a Safety role.
  • Proficiency with computers, MS Excel, and solid organizational skills.
  • Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage and instruct people effectively.
  • Ideal but not required: Class A CDL and knowledge of the McLeod System.
