Pay Rate: $28.00-$30.00/hour (based on experience & education) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. What You'll Do: In this role, you'll be the quality gatekeeper, ensuring every part and product meets the company's high standards and regulatory requirements. You'll: Perform detailed visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of raw materials, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies. Utilize tools such as calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, depth gauges, CMM, and optical comparators. Conduct receiving, programming, and first article inspections. Read and interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications. Assist with and lead cross-functional training programs for quality staff. Serve as a subject matter expert in receiving inspection activities. Support Quality Assurance Engineers, production, and purchasing teams. Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain complete compliance with GMP, ISO standards, and internal quality policies. Train fellow inspectors and contribute to developing inspection protocols. What You Bring: High school diploma or GED 3-5 years of relevant experience in an FDA- or ISO-regulated manufacturing environment Background in electromechanical or medical device manufacturing is highly preferred Proficient with precision measuring tools and inspection software Thorough understanding of component testing, product validation, and inspection documentation Strong working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment A sharp eye for detail and a passion for getting it right the first time Apply Today! The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
