Job Description Omni Tempe Hotel at ASU is looking for a confident, guest-focused Assistant Front Office Manager (AFOM) to join our leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to grow into their next leadership role. If you enjoy leading teams, building strong connections with guests, and creating an environment where both guests and team members feel valued, this role is for you. As an AFOM, you'll support daily front office operations, mentor associates, and help deliver exceptional service from check-in to check-out. Your positive attitude and focus on solutions will make a meaningful impact every day, both for our guests and your team. Responsibilities
Work in cooperation with the Director of Front Office and other members of the leadership team to support the front desk and guest services teams to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications
