CLINICAL SUPERVISOR

TheClinicalResearchSupervisorreports to theResearchAdministrator,ClinicalTrials Manager,ResearchVice Chairs and works directly with Principal Investigators within the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Women's Health on the execution of reproductive healthresearchstudies, focusing on protocol development and coordination, supervisingresearch/study assistants, and data cleaning and monitoring.

TheClinicalSupervisor managesresearchproject activities ensuring the quality and integrity of data collection, and trains, manages, and supports student staff and interns, reviewing work products to ensure study protocol is followed as written and approved by the institution's IRB. This position will assist with the supervision ofresearchcoordinators. The position has substantial potential for growth with the goal of progressing to involvement at all levels ofresearchdesign and implementation on multiple women's health studies.TheClinicalSupervisor must be able manage competing priorities while supporting more than one PI. This role can be relied upon to ensure that activities within areas of specific responsibility are completed in a timely manner. Will work at all Women's Health locations as needed.

Education/Skills required

*Bachelor's Degree with 3 yrs exp required coupled with experience in quantitative and qualitative data analysis, survey design and data collection

*English oral and written fluency required. Spanish oral and written fluency preferred.

*Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

*Familiarity with statistical (e.g. Stata, SPSS, SAS, etc.) and qualitative (e.g. Dedoose, N-vivo) analysis software and the fundamentals of data analysis.

*Outstanding judgment, initiative, and attention to detail are essential.

*Outline project goals and timelines and reviews progress at defined intervals.

*Ability to work well in a team setting and independently is essential

*Strong interest and commitment to reproductive health especially contraception and abortion care

*Experience with eClinicalWorks

*Experience creating REDCap database; ability to input and maintain participant data
