The Aerospace Corporation is seeking a confident Site Administrative Assistant to support the Principal Director and Site Lead at the Hill Air Force Base Aerospace location. This role is ideal for a proactive, highly organized administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative and is committed to operational excellence. As the primary point of contact for the Aerospace site, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations by efficiently executing a wide range of administrative, operational and site support tasks with professionalism and attention to detail. You will provide collaborative administrative support, coordinate on-site activities and meetings, and help drive the overall efficiency of site operations. In this role, you will also anticipate and address issues, execute established processes and procedures, and partner closely with leaders, colleagues and customers across the enterprise to maintain a well-organized, high-functioning office environment.
