Day in the Life The Corporate Meetings & Incentive Planner, under the leadership of the Senior Manager, Travel & Events, will support The Friedkin Group, Gulf States Toyota, and affiliated businesses in the planning and execution of strategic meetings, corporate events, and incentive programs. This role requires a highly collaborative, detail-oriented planner with exceptional organizational and customer service skills. The Planner will lead end-to-end coordination of multiple high-impact programs, from sourcing venues and negotiating contracts to managing attendee logistics, budgets, and on-site execution. By consistently delivering exceptional event experiences, this individual will be a trusted partner to internal stakeholders and external vendors alike. What We Need From You
Physical and Environmental Requirements The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of the job, the associate is required on a daily basis to analyze and interpret data, communicate, and remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the workday and frequently access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices.
