Lead Software Integration Engineer(Hybrid - Columbia, SC)

The Lead Software Integration Engineer is a specialized software technician responsible for the installation, configuration, customization, and integration of ERP, EPM, HR Systems, electronic content management, or business process management systems. The position is capable of architecting, analyzing, designing, and developing enterprise-level solutions that meet stringent quality attributes such as performance and reliability. Provide first and second-level end-user support with the ability to create workaround procedures and processes when standard methods have failed and the knowledge to seek out appropriate internal and external resources when urgent problems arise to ensure that issues are resolved timely. Manages and directs a team of software integration engineers or other technical resources. Technical owner of one or more applications.

What you'll do
- Handle projects involving the installation, configuration, customization, and integration of HR reporting and budget planning systems, electronic content management systems, business process management systems, or other HR systems.
- Provide customer service and production support for assigned applications and processes.
- Team management

What you'll need
- 4-year degree in an IT-related field or a relatable field combined with related IT experience.
- 10 years of application development, integration, and support preferred. 2 years as a team lead or supervisor preferred.
- Knowledge of relational database management systems
- Expertise in T-SQL programming
- Expertise in application integration technologies
- Proficient in ETL (SSIS)
- Proficient in report writing (SSRS, Crystal, Business Objects, etc.)
- Proficient in .NET or other programming language including automated scripting
