This person will be assisting with tracking the abundance of projects in the pipeline in the IT department. For example, they are in the process of upgrading their main ERP system (JD Edwards) which will in turn require several other applications to be upgraded as well. They also have several infrastructure projects going on as well. Day to day, 50% of the time will be task follow-up/resource tracking, 25% meeting tracking and 25% vendor tracking. They utilize OnePlan for status reporting, PowerBI reporting, resource management etc.
Onsite 5x a week in office *Top Skills:* 1) 1-3 years of PM experience or assistant PM experience (Don't need PMP - but would take)--specifically workplan maintenance, reporting, task management etc. 2) Experience with Microsoft project, powerpoint, Microsoft office, *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $41.00/hr.
