Part Time HR Project Manager

Job Purpose

This is a part time, temporary position.

The HR Project Manager is responsible for lead and coordinating key HR Initiatives. This role will manage various HR projects, ensuring that they align with the company's goals and objectives. This role involves collaborating with different departments and support strategic HR initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Project Management:
    • Plan and execute HR projects spanning multiple functional areas.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
    • Monitor project support progress, risks and issues.
    • Assist in drafting documentation and presentations.
    • Ensure effective change management and communication.
  2. Stakeholder Communication:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and deliverables.
    • Facilitate effective communication between project team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
    • Ensure that all project stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Consistently review the project dependencies and risks to ensure they are being effectively managed across the relevant stakeholder groups.
  3. Compliance & Risk Management:
    • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to address any issues that arise.
  4. Process Improvement:
    • Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and tools.
    • Collaborate with HR teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation.
Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in HR project management or HR operations (3-5+ years preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a part-time schedule.

COMPETENCIES:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to align HR projects with overall business goals.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive project outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and practices.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

TRAVEL REQUIRED: Up to 10%.
