The Red Bull Athlete Performance Center (APC) is an athlete accelerator where we empower athletes to achieve greatness. The Athlete Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in enhancing the athlete experience and their results at the APC. This position acts as an important connection between the athletes and our interdisciplinary team, meticulously handling and clearly communicating each athlete's profile and schedule. The aim is to provide a smooth program that extends the limits of human performance. EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: 3+ years of professional experience in a corporate environment Exceptional customer service orientation Excellent communication and organizational skills Resilient, flexible, and able to adapt quickly to changing plans Proactive approach and strong determination to achieve goals Bachelor's degree preferred Proficient with Microsoft Suite applications, including MS Teams, OneDrive, Excel, and Word Adheres to APC guiding principles of collaboration, passion, integrity, and curiosity Travel 10-20% Permanent Benefits eligible
