Tyler Coupling is looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall organizational performance by identifying opportunities, analyzing processes, and implementing solutions, using Lean and Six Sigma.

Job Description
  1. Identify areas for improvement within processes and workflows. Lead and manage continuous improvement projects from initiation to completion.
  2. Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions. Analyze data and metrics to identify root cause of issues.
  3. Develop and implement strategies for process optimization. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and objectives.
  4. Develop project plans, timelines and budgets.
  5. Communicate project progress and results to stakeholders.
  6. Facilitate workshops and training sessions on continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
  7. Provide coaching and support to team members. Motivate and guide teams to embrace a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration or related field.
  2. Six sigma black belt certification required. Master black belt preferred but not required.
  3. Must have a proven track record of improving operational efficiency, productivity, quality and/or cost-saving initiatives.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Project management skills.
  7. Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  8. Ability to lead and influence others.
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
