Job Description:

The Senior Payer Marketing Manager (Market Access) will be responsible for the strategy and execution of Nestle Health Science USA's Pharma copay assistance programs and will also support the Market Access team with developing promotional materials and programs to educate Healthcare Professionals (HCP's) about access to our products (Zenpep and Vowst), patient support and payer coverage. This role will also manage vendor relationships, develop value propositions, lead national pull through initiatives and will also enhance communication tools. The Senior Payer Marketing Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Finance, Legal, Compliance, Sales, and Marketing. This position reports to the Director, Market Access (Trade, Pricing, and Payer Marketing) and is an individual contributor role.This position will be either a hybrid or remote role based on the selected candidate's geographic location. Preference will be given to applicants who live within a commutable distance of Bridgewater, New Jersey.

Responsibilities:

* Lead strategy and execution of copay assistance programs for our portfolio of products.
* Manages day-to-day operations, vendor relationships, and business rules for our copay assistance programs.
* Ensures that vendors adhere to the objectives and service level commitments in agreements between Nestle Health Science and its vendors.
* Analyzes copay assistance program data and monitors program effectiveness and financial performance.
* Understands and monitors policies and trends that may impact access and affordability for patients.
* Leads development of HCP-facing educational and promotional materials that focus on access to products, patient support and payer coverage.
* Manages Market Access tool and partners with US Commercial Field Team to monitor usage and effectiveness of promotional materials.
* Collaborates with US Marketing to ensure patient support, access, and reimbursement messages are incorporated into promotional materials for the US Commercial Field Team.
* Works closely with the entire US Market Access team to ensure coordinated efforts in the execution of payer, pricing, reimbursement, distribution, and patient support strategies, including pull through.
* Partners with Medical Affairs and Market Access team to develop payer publications that focus on HEOR (Health Economics and Outcomes Research).
* Work closely with cross-functional partners, including finance, supply chain, legal, compliance, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and execution of payer marketing strategies.
* Achieves expense targets for areas of responsibility, leads expense budget tracking, and contributes to budget planning.
* Gains approval for marketing materials through internal review process and ensures marketing activities follow regulatory and legal requirements.
* Effectively manages multiple agency and vendor partners to produce deliverables within timelines and allocated budgets.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or in a related field required; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
* 7+ years of Pharmaceutical industry experience, with at least 3 or more years of direct Patient Payer Support or Market Access-related experience required.
* Current or prior experience working in both Biotech and within a large Pharma-related company required.
* Must have experience in supporting and managing strategic and tactical execution of high-impact projects.
* Must have a strong understanding of the payer landscape, including Insurance Companies, Pharmacy Benefit Managers and Market Access.
* Must possess excellent communication (oral and written), organizational, presentation and stakeholder management skills (including the ability to develop and maintain strong, cross-functional stakeholder relationships).
* Demonstrated fluency in MS Office 9Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint) required.
* Must possess excellent project management, problem solving and analytical skills.
* Willing and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
* Willing and able to travel up to 20% based on the needs of the team and the business required.

The approximate pay range for this position is $156,000 to $170,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as geographic location.
