As a Lead Lifeguard, you'll elevate the guest experience through warm, attentive service and a commitment to safety. By anticipating needs and creating memorable moments, you'll ensure guests leave with lasting impressions. THE STARTING RATE:
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Supervise pool staff to maintain safety, cleanliness, and exceptional service standards.
- Monitor water and deck areas; respond swiftly to emergencies in compliance with safety protocols.
- Report and document all incidents involving guests or team members.
- Lead staff in proactively engaging with guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Assist guests with seating, towels, ADA accommodations, amenities, and general inquiries.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and creatively, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Oversee daily pool setup/breakdown, cleanliness, and linen distribution.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Prior experience as a lifeguard.
