About the Role Logistics company is looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to oversee key financial processes, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a strong background in general ledger accounting who thrives in a collaborative environment. You will be responsible for financial reporting, general ledger management,reconciliations, and compliance with accounting standards. Key Responsibilities Record, verify, and consolidate financial transactions to maintain accurate accounting records. Analyze financial data to support the preparation of monthly reports and ad hoc financial analysis. Maintain subsidiary accounts, balance ledgers, and resolve discrepancies to ensure financial accuracy. Support external audits by preparing schedules, analyzing accounts, and providing required documentation. Manage essential accounting functions, including payroll analysis, cash management, and month-end close activities. Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies. Work cross-functionally with teams such as IT, Finance, Operations, and Customer Service to improve financial processes. Handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and professionalism. Qualifications & Skills BAin Accounting or related field, or equivalent professional experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial software (NetSuite preferred). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple deadlines efficiently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across different levels of the organization.
