Job Summary:

Duties include: Assist with process design and digitization of multiple Quality workflows. Assist in creating training documentation, as well as evaluation and modernization of other documents in support of larger ISO activities as we pursue joint ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certification. As digitization of workflows is achieved, assist in the creation, systemization, and maintenance of KPI reporting systems needed for our MPS (Munters Production System).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Become ETQ Reliance Ambassador and key architect in activating multiple modules for enhanced process efficiency
  • Document existing processes, research best practices, recommend adjustments, and then digitize flows in ETQ Reliance
  • Assist in the creation of training materials and provide direct support to new users with questions
  • Able to make use of (summarize and graphically present) electronic data to elevate team feedback and performance
  • Other project work as required

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to learn and master ETQ Reliance
  • Ability to leverage and employ good datamining best practices, e.g., Visual Display of Quantitative Information (Tufte)
  • Computer experience with Microsoft Office products; willing to learn other software programs

Education Requirements:

  • HS diploma, actively pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Science field
  • Familiar with both Assembly and Transactional operations.

Physical Demands:

  • Required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: coding; preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; file editing; viewing a computer terminal; and/or expansive reading.
  • The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
