Summary Description of Position

This position will assist the Accounting Department with billing workflow during Oracle software implementation. Will enter billing data and help with other administrative tasks as needed.

Up to 30 hours/week to be worked at Manager's discretion.

Candidate will work 20 to 30 hours per week in the office.


Minimum Requirements and Qualification

  1. Associates Degree in a related field OR currently enrolled in related degree program OR 1 year of applicable experience


Major Responsibility Areas And Duties

  1. Accurate Alpha/Numeric data entry
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis in Excel.
  3. Compile and maintain reports from internal billing system.


Additional Duties

  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors necessary for the normal day to day operation, not determined at time of hire.


Physical Requirements And Environmental Conditions

  • Ability to perform work utilizing a computer for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time without being able to leave the work area.
  • Ability to withstand exposure to constant or intermittent moderate noise levels.
  • No special vision requirements.
