Job Summary
The Dorman Training Center's mission is to equip professional automotive technicians with the skills needed to make complex repairs. In partnership with the Director of Training Curriculum, the Training Program Manager leads all aspects of program administration including building a compelling program growth strategy, setting and tracking program KPIs, guiding course administration (scheduling, staffing), and driving customer engagement (business development, billing). The Dorman Training Program Manager will work with the training staff (including one direct report), customer marketing, marketing communications, and 3rd party partners to build the aftermarket's preeminent technician training program. This is a hybrid role, with the expectation to be onsite in our corporate headquarters in suburban Philadelphia (Colmar, PA) a minimum of twice a week. Primary Duties
