Salary: $40,000/yr. + commissions

Schedule: Monday - Friday, flexible day shift hours

Hybrid role - part in-office, part work from home.

Essential Tasks:



  • Generate leads and prospect clients through cold calling, networking, digital outreach, and events.
  • Develop deep product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals and exceed revenue targets.
  • Maintain CRM records, track sales performance, and provide regular reports and insights to management.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and drive business growth.
  • Offer continued support to customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.




Qualifications:



  • 2+ years of proven inside sales experience
  • Strong cold calling and communication skills
  • Highly organized with a strong sense of initiative
  • Must be driven, organized, sales oriented, and have customer service skills
  • Experience in medical device or pharma sales is a huge plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
