- This role is responsible for spearheading the company's digital transformation strategy, ensuring the seamless integration of cutting-edge technologies to enhance operational efficiency and innovation.
- It involves identifying and implementing emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to drive data-driven decision-making and automation.
- Additionally, this role plays a crucial part in fostering a tech-centric culture, optimizing digital infrastructure, and aligning technology initiatives with business objectives to establish the company as a truly tech-focused and tech-enabled organization.
- Develop the Company's digital transformation roadmap in line with emerging tech trends (such as Industry 4.0, AI/ ML, data analytics, RPA, blockchain, Metaverse, etc.)
- Identify best practices and develop SOPs for the implementation and adoption of digital tools and common initiatives across the company.
- Embed digital initiatives across the functions and stay ahead of technology trends to ensure the Client remains a leader in digital innovation.
- Provide inputs/ insights in forming a digital transformation roadmap for the business along with digital leads.
- Establish robust cybersecurity measures to protect the company's digital assets and ensure compliance with data protection regulations and standards; Also Ensure compliance with US technology regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, industry-specific cybersecurity laws).
- Identify opportunities to build alliances/ partnerships with technology firms, startups and tech innovation hubs, as relevant for the company.
- Foster a culture of digital innovation by upskilling employees on AI, data analytics, and automation.
- Flair and business acumen to interact with business teams and identify opportunities for digital transformation.
- Responsible and accountable for ensuring effective and efficient digital adoption within the organisation.
- Act as a brand ambassador of the company in national/ international tech forums.
- Proven track record of success in change management & technology adoption, supported by case studies.

Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
- Minimum 18 years of experience in implementing emerging technology (Industry 4.0, AI/ ML, data analytics, RPA, blockchain, Metaverse, cybersecurity)
- Minimum 18 years of experience in Incorporating requirements in Big Data & Cloud Technologies.
- Minimum 18 years of SAP experience with external tools
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- MBA/ PGDM
- Certification in AI & ML
- Exposure to AI-ML for enterprise products.
- Have served as a Digital specialist in distinguished manufacturing & service industry companies.
- Leadership and innovation, strategic mindset and problem-solving, effective communication and stakeholder management.
