Occupational Therapist (Part-Time, with Potential for Full-Time) Location: Eastern Wisconsin | Schedule: Flexible hours, with some evening availability required About PSG/CIP: PSG/CIP is a community-focused social services organization committed to delivering trauma-informed mental health and community-based programs throughout Eastern Wisconsin. Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. This part-time position-potentially expanding to full-time-will focus on providing assessment and therapeutic interventions for children and adults with mental health diagnoses. Ideal candidates will have experience addressing sensory integration challenges associated with complex trauma, as well as other proprioceptive and activities of daily living (ADL) difficulties. However, we also welcome applicants who are eager to grow in these areas, as training and continuing education opportunities are available. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct developmental screenings and evaluations, with an emphasis on sensory processing and trauma-informed care.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including therapists, skills workers, and case managers to ensure comprehensive care.
