Position Summary:

The Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) will provide critical support to the Medical Nutrition and Atrium Professional division. This role involves consolidating financial reporting, assisting in SAP Integration and Business Transformation processes, and facilitating the transition from legacy reporting tools/systems. The Manager will collaborate with various Finance Functions to establish new ways of working and enhance P&L transparency. Additionally, they will contribute to key financial processes such as Monthly Business Planning, Dynamic Forecast, Market Business Strategy, Annual Budgeting, SKU rationalization, and the creation of leadership presentations.

This position will be either a remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate's geographic location. Preference will be given to applicants who live within a commutable distance of Bridgewater, New Jersey/Tri-State area, Chicago, Illinois, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida and/or within the Long Island, New York areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate & prepare all consolidated financial reporting required by management & corporate finance
  • Provide cross functional team (marketing, sales, supply chain) with appropriate financial reporting and measurements in support of business decisions
  • Assist in updating presentations including executive summary, detailing results, commentary on trends, variances, risks and opportunities
  • Assist in core divisional processes of MBS, ICP (Investment Control Process) , I2L (Innovation Process) , SKU Rationalization, OP (Operational Plan) in coordination with cross functional teams
  • Prepare variance analysis to budget and forecasts
  • Provide recommendations on new ways of working for better and more efficient support with Functional Finance partners

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting required, MBA a plus
  • 5+ years' experience in planning and reporting
  • Advanced Excel Proficiency with ability to demonstrate exceptional skills in utilizing Excel for data analysis, modeling, and reporting purposes
  • Background in consumer products, manufacturing environment a plus
  • Experience utilizing ERP platforms to include SAP

The approximate pay range for this position is $115,000- $130,000 base. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
