Job Summary: The Market Analytics Manager plays a critical role in assessing market conditions, forecasting demand, and guiding leadership with strategic decision-making. This role requires a blend of analytical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. This role will help lead Tempur Sealy in building deep knowledge and understanding of consumers, category, customers, channels and the competition to drive sales. Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Key Results Area:
- Assess market conditions and provide insights on industry trends, consumer behavior, and economic factors.
- Develop and implement models to forecast demand and market trends - advising which addressable opportunities to focus on.
- Analyze price elasticity and recommend pricing strategies that optimize revenue, profit, and market share
- Support sales leadership in the creation of product line recommendations and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, brand, marketing, and product teams to align data and insights with business objectives.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reporting to track market performance and competitive intelligence.
- Lead architect developing sales focused AI Agents and generated insights
- Present findings and recommendations to Senior Leadership in a clear and compelling manner.
Anticipated Salary = $85,000-$110,000

- BS/BA Degree in data analytics, data science, computer science, economics, statistics, mathematics, or other related field required
- Proficient skills in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, PowerBI)
- Experience in data visualization and data storytelling.
- Experience working big data, structured and unstructured data and third-party data sources
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or related field required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
