Position Overview: The Senior Technical Specialist/Training Manager serves as a focal point for their specific area of assignment, coordinating the daily activities of the Technical Specialist operating under them, and provides expert level training on the use, maintenance, and installation of Sponsor equipment as listed in the examples of the existing EW systems bidder's library. The Senior Technical Specialist/Training Manager is recognized as a Subject Matter Expert for the program and is expected to create training material and teach Sponsor designated personnel on topics relevant to carrying out the Sponsor EW mission.
