Contracts Administrator We're seeking a detail-oriented Senior Contracts Administrator to manage our revenue-generating contracts and subcontracts portfolio. In this role, you'll serve as a key liaison between business units while ensuring contractual compliance and risk mitigation for our organization. This position is a full-time on-site position at our West Des Moines, IA office. What you will do: Lead end-to-end contract administration from pre-proposal through execution and closeout Analyze and mitigate contractual risks while negotiating favorable terms and conditions Draft and review critical business agreements including BAAs, NDAs, and teaming agreements Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations (FAR) and company policies Develop and optimize subcontract/subrecipient agreements aligned with federal requirements Implement best practices in contract lifecycle management Partner with cross-functional teams to provide strategic contractual guidance Maintain accurate contract documentation using modern contract management systems What you will need: Four year degree in Business Administration, Law or related field 3-5 years experience in contract management Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Attention to detail. Ability to work across business units to achieve a common goal.
