Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Service Technician with strong fire system experience to join our growing team in Maryland. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in troubleshooting, servicing, installing, and inspecting fire systems, with programming skills being a plus. Key Responsibilities: * Perform troubleshooting, service, installation, and inspections of fire systems, including Firelite, Silent Knight, Potter AFC, and Honeywell. * Preferred experience with Bosch, CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection systems. * Trace and resolve open circuits, faults, shortages, and other technical issues. * Manage a weekly service call schedule, typically handling an average of 4 tickets per day. Service calls can vary in duration from one hour to multiple days. * Utilize a company vehicle for service calls. Requirements: * Strong experience in fire systems (Firelite, Silent Knight, Potter AFC, Honeywell). * Preferred experience with Bosch, CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection. * Ability to trace open circuits, faults, shortages, etc. * Willingness to travel within Baltimore, Westminster, and Northern PA. Drive time compensation provided for travel over 1.5 hours. Benefits: * Company vehicle provided for service calls. * Competitive compensation and benefits package.
