THE JOB:

As an Environmental Services Supervisor at Aria, you will set the stage for guest experience with your smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Supervise a team of Environmental Services (EVS) employees, assisting with scheduling, coaching, counseling, disciplinary actions, and training.
• Address employee inquiries and resolve guest concerns to ensure adherence to departmental procedures, policies, and service standards throughout the shift.
• Provide clear direction and support to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in casino areas, public spaces, offices, and other assigned areas.
• Conduct daily inspections, team briefings, and updates; facilitate training, coaching, and ensure completion of required compliance courses.
• Prepare end-of-shift reports and coordinate any necessary property maintenance issues with the facilities team.
• Deliver consistently professional, friendly, and engaging service.
• Support additional administrative and operational functions in collaboration with department leadership.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 2+ Years of Prior Related Experience.
• 6+ Months of Prior Relevant Experience in guest services/guest contact position.
• Experience with general cleaning in a similar five-star/five-diamond resort environment.
