Position Overview

The Project Management Senior Manager will focus on driving execution of the development work for the Multi-Cancer Early Detection (MCED) commercial program, working closely with cross-functional sub-teams including team members from IT, customer experience, customer care, lab, clinical, and other functions.

Essential Duties

Include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Lead cross functional operational readiness workstreams.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to outline project plan and timelines and ensure all product and project deliverables are completed within the planned tolerance and as close to target at possible.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure program readiness across multiple initiatives.
  • Support requirement gathering and management for operational infrastructure required to support multi-cancer early detection testing at scale across multiple customer segments.
  • Act as a liaison with cross-functional requirement owners to align on solutions that meet business requirement needs.
  • Help the sub teams identify and record project-related risks and develop mitigating strategies.
  • Work closely with the Directors in Product and program management to identify critical execution challenges and encourage and facilitate the right discussions to drive progress and timely decision-making.
  • Coordinate the preparation of and alignment around updates for the core team and leadership on MCED commercialization progress.
  • Lead sub teams in the provision of dashboard and timeline updates.
  • Champion development and execution of standard work across cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with project managers from other parts of the organization to support overall MCED product development.
  • Drive continuous improvement to streamline time to market.
  • Comfortable working across multiple levels of the organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Be adaptable, open to change, and have the ability to successfully work in ambiguous situations and respond effectively to new information or unexpected circumstances.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex concepts.
  • Ability to bring clarity to ambiguous situations through collaborative problem solving.

  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance.

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of working time away from work location; may include overnight/weekend travel.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a field related to the essential functions.
  • 5+ years of commercial program management or operations experience involving early-stage product launches.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Life Sciences or Engineering.
  • Experience with marketing, service stack development, IT infrastructure set-up, and client onboarding.
  • PMP certification.

Salary Range:

$129,000.00 - $208,000.00

The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - WI - Madison on a full-time basis. In addition, this position is bonus eligible, and is eligible to be considered for company stock at hire and on an annual basis.
