*Description*
looking for an experienced Project Manager who has 5+ years of experience as a PM managing hardware, infrastructure deployments, security, etc. Experience doing a hardware project is a must. Someone who has experience in the 0-1 build cycle is needed - concept --> finish. This person will mainly be working on Camera's that are being installed and calibrated for Sam's Clubs Scan & Go and Just Go initiatives in-store. This work is not "traditional agile", however, the team would like for this PM to have experience supporting Agile teams/workflows, so they're able to structure milestones and iterations throughout the project. Need someone who can rally the team and keep them focused on the goals, not small issues that come up. There are aggressive timelines for this project, so need this person to be organized and able to establish milestone deliveries, This PM will work closely with the Camera Data Scientists, facilities teams, and vendors for part-ordering so they should be able to speak technically. There will not be a ton of stakeholder management, so it's more important that this PM can get in the weeds with the eng, facilities, procurement teams. Much of the upfront work (like ordering equipment), is already done.
