The Assistant Director of Business Operations, Office of the Dean provides administrative and business support for all aspects of the McDonough School of Business administrative team. The position coordinates the Office of the Dean's business functions, including personnel administration, office coordination, and compensation reconciliation. This position is responsible for calendar management, making travel arrangements, and providing detailed itineraries for key senior MSB stakeholders that support the Office of the Dean and COO. This position has a high volume of interaction involving the exchange of confidential information between directors, deans, and the Office of the Provost. Duties Include but are not limited to:
Work Interactions The Assistant Director of Business Operations reports directly to Sara Flores, Chief of Staff, and works closely with the Dean's Office, COO, Director of Workforce Planning, Senior Director of Budgets, Senior Projects Manager, and other members of the MSB administrative office. This position regularly interacts with internal stakeholders, such as MSB leadership and MSB staff, faculty, and students, as well as external stakeholders, business professionals, and alumni. This role directly contributes to the University's mission by supporting its faculty and staff through efficient benefits administration. Requirements and Qualifications

Pay Range: The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is: $44,022.00 - $73,406.80 Compensation is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's individual qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, as well as the University's business needs and external factors.
