The Senior Corporate Admin Support is responsible for performing a variety of routine administrative duties including but not limited to calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, preparing correspondence, and assisting with the creation of reports, documents and presentation materials. The role works closely with various departments to schedule meetings, reserve rooms, and coordinate printing or mailing services to support cross-functional initiatives and projects. The role arranges meeting logistics such as booking rooms and organizing catering services, ensuring all necessary resources are in place for successful meetings. The role coordinates courier services, preparing and dispatching packages in a timely manner, and tracking deliveries to ensure timely receipt by intended recipients. * Assists in coordinating team and department calendars, facilitating efficient scheduling of meetings, appointments, and other engagements to optimize productivity. * Collaborates with various departments to schedule meetings, reserve rooms, and coordinate printing or mailing services to support cross-functional initiatives and projects. * Works closely with various leaders across disciplines to consolidate data for reports and presentations, and develops presentation materials and drafts for review to support effective communication within the organization. * Executes document reproduction tasks including photocopying, filing, and faxing, adhering to established protocols for document handling and confidentiality. * Assists team members in completing expense reports, accurately documenting expenditures and adhering to corporate policies and procedures. * Facilitates travel arrangements for team members, coordinating flights, accommodations, and transportation to ensure smooth and hassle-free trips. * Arranges meeting logistics such as booking rooms and organizing catering services, ensuring all necessary resources are in place for successful meetings. * Coordinates courier services, preparing and dispatching packages in a timely manner, and tracking deliveries to ensure timely receipt by intended recipients. * Aligns individual work with strategy, collaborates with teams to enhance operations and implement process improvements to standardize processes globally. * Adheres to established standards, ensuring data confidentiality, and supports execution of business processes with independent judgment, identifying and solving varied problems with forward planning under general supervision. Education: * High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education and/or commensurate work experience is required. Experience: * 4+ years of relevant experience, preferably in areas such as Office Management, Administrative Support, Calendar Management or a related field. Industry experience is preferred.
