Salary Range

Base Salary: $21.67 - $25.10/hourly

The expected compensation range for this position represents a good faith estimate for this position and the specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, experience, and/or FTE.

Canvas Health is a non-profit, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) specializing in serving clients who are on Medicaid.

Position Summary

This position provides on-site medical support for the Adult Psychiatry program. The primary role would be to room patients for the psychiatric providers (getting vitals, etc.) and to help after the appointments as needed. This position would primarily support a tele-provider who is out of state, but whose patients all come in person to the clinic for their video telehealth appointments. Being able to coordinate between the provider and administrative staff would be expected to assist with the flow of the appointments scheduled.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday (may require travel to other sites for training and coverage as needed)

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduation from accredited Medical Assistant program
• Experience in a behavioral health or clinic setting

Preferred Qualifications

• CMA licensure and certification as required by the State of Minnesota.
• Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations
