We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Planning & Analysis Intern to join our finance team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis, working closely with senior finance professionals to support strategic decision-making processes.

***This position is located in Snoqualmie, Washington. The hybrid work expectation is that you will work 3 days/ week onsite in Snoqualmie. We are not able to offer relocation assistance.***


Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering and analyzing financial data.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial modeling.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models and dashboards.
  • Participate in ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for senior management.

  • Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Prior internship or work experience in finance is a plus.
