The Growth Marketing team at Figma is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive operational excellence across our Paid and Lifecycle Marketing programs. This role will play a critical part in helping our team move faster, improve creative and audience alignment, and show up more effectively cross-functionally. As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely with product marketing, creative, lifecycle, paid media, and analytics teams to streamline processes, manage campaigns, and ensure our programs run smoothly from brief to launch to reporting. This is an exciting opportunity to become the operational backbone of a dynamic, high-impact team, with ample room for influence and growth.

This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

What you'll do at Figma:

  • Own project management for paid and lifecycle campaigns, from kickoff to launch, ensuring clear timelines, roles, and processes.
  • Drive creative and audience strategy, working with PMM and Creative to ensure messaging and targeting are consistent across touchpoints.
  • Manage the Paid & Lifecycle sprint process, including weekly planning, status tracking, and regular retrospectives.
  • Own budget and PO tracking, partnering with finance to keep spend accurate and up to date.
  • Build and maintain project trackers, creative briefs, and reporting templates in Asana, Notion, and Google Sheets.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, acting as the primary POC for PMM, Creative, Analytics, and Regional teams.
  • Identify and improve processes to increase campaign velocity, improve handoffs, and reduce bottlenecks.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • 6+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional marketing programs in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience working with creative teams and PMM to align messaging, audience, and creative across channels.
  • Strong project management skills with experience using Asana, Notion, and Google Sheets to track work and improve processes.
  • Familiarity with paid acquisition and lifecycle marketing fundamentals.
  • Experience managing budgets and POs, including working closely with finance.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to align stakeholders and drive accountability across teams.

While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or product-led growth environments.
  • Direct experience running paid or lifecycle campaigns.

At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you're excited about this role but your past experience doesn't align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
