Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Alpharetta, GA. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• Support tasks such as Picking, Packing/Auditing, Loading, Replenishment, Cycle Counting, and Receiving/Putaway functions.
• Maintain a positive attitude and team focus.
• Interacts with supervisors, coordinators, inbound, inventory control, and outbound staff to reconcile open issues.
• Openly and actively communicate internally through the respective department and externally with every other department.
• Ensure communication occurs with all peers politely and professionally.
• Report all equipment, order, location, inventory, or process issues to the designated team member.
• If in doubt, talk to your lead, supervisor, coordinator, or all of the above as needed.
• Follow the open-door policy, informing your chain of command about your issue, and if you are unhappy with the answer presented, request a conversation at the next level.
• Directly responsible for ensuring a clean and clear work area for teammates to fully perform their duties and our expectations.
• Actively provide feedback to leads, trainers, supervisors, and managers on all daily incidents, good and bad.
• Monitor your work performance to develop a sense of pride in your work and a sense of urgency.

• Become the authority on key metrics and how they are derived, and ensure you understand how you will be measured.
• Be clear and concise on direction(s) given and follow-up.
• Address Ineffective or counterproductive processes.
• Other duties as assigned.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $18.00/hr.

Hours: 40 hours/week (1^st Shift).

Length: Temp (6 Months).

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse management systems experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of Material Handling Experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of Computer operating experience.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with Stand Up Dock Truck, Order/Stock Picker, down Forklift, Tugger/Cart, and rider.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working in a high-volume distribution center or large retail operation.

• Career Readiness Certificate (CRC).
• Must be able to maintain forklift certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct operations experience.
• Knowledge of SAP or PKMS.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
