Venture Solutions, a Taylor Corporation company, is looking for an Account Director to join their team at one of our facilities in either Monroe, NC or Arden Hills, MN. The Account Director will lead a team of Account Managers that are dedicated to meeting the needs of assigned client accounts. You will be responsible for developing accounts and leading our continued transformation from strong partner to strategic and trusted adviser with a set of assigned clients. You will drive organizational eectiveness through identifying continuous improvement opportunities in current workow and processes. You will lead your team to consistently deliver measurable results regarding client satisfaction, client retention, and other key performance metrics. This leadership role is critical to our Retirement Services and Financial Services verticals. This location adheres to the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA). The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employee.
