Position: Senior Manager of Operations Finance Location: Morrisville, NC (Hybrid) A leading global agricultural company is seeking a Senior Manager of Operations Finance to support financial planning and strategic decision-making. This role provides high visibility, partnering directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Analyze trends in key performance indicators, including revenue, cost of sales, and operational expenses, to provide insights and recommendations. Utilize ERP systems and business intelligence tools to extract financial and operational data. Conduct operational performance analysis across multiple regions and identify opportunities for cost savings. Evaluate customer portfolio and margin trends, supporting pricing strategies. Work with the BI and Data Visualization team to develop impactful dashboards for management use. Contribute to long-range planning, scenario analysis, and strategic forecasting. Develop financial models for M&A opportunities and strategic initiatives. Support sales and operations teams by providing customer analytics, pricing recommendations, and profitability analysis. Drive collaboration between business relationship managers (BRMs), sales managers, regional operations, and finance teams. Key Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience in financial planning, strategy, or operations finance. Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (data modeling, scenario analysis). Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Ability to create complex financial analyses and present insights to senior stakeholders. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Prior experience working in a matrixed organization and leading strategic initiatives.
