Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Coordinate with marketing teams and practitioners to develop new marketing materials (including statement of qualifications (SOQs)) or update existing ones, ensuring all content is aligned with brand guidelines;
  • Coordinate with practitioners to maintain master resumes and project description;
  • Maintain and organize content libraries, boilerplates, visuals, and systems for categorizing and retrieving key marketing information, ensuring all assets remain consistent with brand standards;
  • Assist in creating content for the company's online presence (social media, website, emails), supporting graphics development, writing, and proofreading, while ensuring all materials align with brand guidelines;
  • Coordinate logistics for conferences and events, ensuring seamless communication and event planning details are shared with participants;
  • Prepare and assemble written and visual content for client presentations, maintaining brand consistency;
  • Assist in supporting digital marketing campaigns, including the creation of campaign content, coordinating timelines, analyzing results, and ensuring campaigns are aligned with brand messaging;
  • Conduct research to gather industry-related market data, client information, competitor insights, and corporate experience;
  • Participate in marketing associations (e.g., SMPS) for professional development; and
  • Support and manage other assigned regional marketing projects from conception to execution as required, ensuring all projects are aligned with overall brand strategy.


Education and Licensure

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field. (required)
  • Advanced degree in the same. (preferred)
  • At least 2 years (3+ preferred) of related experience in a marketing professional services environment for engineering, architecture, commercial construction, or legal firm. (required)
  • Proficiency with graphic design and production, desktop publishing and presentation software. (required)
  • Working knowledge of the following Microsoft Office and Adobe programs is required: Acrobat, Excel, Illustrator, InDesign, Outlook, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and (required)
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex marketing, and business documents. (required)
  • Ability to respond effectively to difficult inquiries or complaints from internal and external (required)
  • Ability to provide source material to and critical commentary on advertising/promotional copy, presentations, and correspondence in a manner that is well written, well organized, and clearly presented. (required)
  • Must have the ability to communicate clearly and logically. (required)
  • Must have excellent communication skills which facilitate effective verbal and written communication internally and externally on general marketing and business topics. (required)
  • Ability to write in a marketing and/or journalistic manner. (required)
  • Ability to adapt to different communication styles and thrive in a client deadline-driven work environment. (required)
