Are you a dedicated professional with a passion for production excellence? C2 Imaging in Jersey City is looking for an experienced and motivated 3rd Shift Team Lead to join our expanding team! As a leading provider of high-quality digitally printed graphics and collateral, we work with some of the world's most recognizable brands-and we're growing to meet increasing demand.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the 3rd shift production team, ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the production floor operations to ensure a smooth, efficient workflow.
• Provide leadership and support to team members, promoting a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Work closely with other shifts and departments to maintain seamless operations across all teams.
• Manage production in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, prioritizing both speed and quality.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments, both verbally and in writing.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-5 years in a large format digital print environment.
• Skills: Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Must be calm under pressure and focused on solutions.
• Technical Expertise: Experience with HP, Epson, Canon, or Digitech printers is highly preferred. Familiarity with Onyx RIP software is a plus.

Pay Range: $29 to $36 per hour depending upon experience
