The ADON is involved in the recruitment of new employees, the nursing orientation program and on-boarding processes, and the continuing nursing education processes. Assists with the development and implementation of quality initiatives and ongoing performance monitoring with goal of guiding nursing practice and enhancing the quality of nursing services provided.
