The NetScaler Product Management team drives innovation for the leading application delivery and security (AD&S) platform trusted by the world's largest enterprises, including over 90% of the Fortune 500. With a global presence across North America, Europe, and Asia, this team is responsible for advancing NetScaler's high-performance application delivery, robust security, and deep observability capabilities. In addition to maintaining a competitive edge in traditional AD&S use cases, the team is actively shaping the future of application delivery by integrating emerging technologies such as post-quantum encryption and generative AI-driven application architectures.

Job Profile

We are seeking a highly motivated and experiencedPrincipal / Lead Product Managerto drive the strategy and execution of our NetScaler product portfolio. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends. You will work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that drive operational efficiencies and business growth.



Job Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision:

  • Define and articulate the product vision and strategy for key components within the NetScaler portfolio, aligning with the overall business objectives.

  • Conduct thoroughmarket research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive productroadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on customer value and business impact.


  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of US and global government security and compliance requirements, including FIPS, FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, DISA STIGs, and other relevant standards.





Product Planning & Execution:

  • Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery of new features and products.

  • Working closely with engineering and customer facing teams, define detailed product requirements and specifications, outline intuitive product designs, and deliver final product to market with intuitive demos, documentation, and sales and partner enablement collateral.

  • Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.




Customer & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Engage with customers and partners to gather feedback and understand their needs.

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including engineering, sales, and support teams.

  • Communicate product updates and roadmaps to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Create compelling product messaging and positioning. Present to customers, and at industry events.




Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success in the networking or security industry.

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience; or Master's degree with 8 years; or PhD with 5 years of experience.




Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Networking & Security products such as Application Delivery Controller, Firewalls, Gateways.

  • Understanding of application delivery, load balancing, and network security technologies.

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

  • Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or FedRAMP certifications. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, and Google Cloud for the Public Sector.

  • Experience or certification in Gen AI and/or cryptography technologies


Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance.
